The Challenge

Our client has requested to develop a communication solutions for retail customers. The most challenging issues was related to managing communications records and contact information without compromising sensitive and private information.

The Solution

Reliance global call uses a high- performance Freeswitch and Kamailio servers. Also we have used PostgreSQL database and RabbitMQ which handles millions of the requests from the microservices with millions concurrent mobile apps users. The WebRTC and Matrix’s Chat technology provides HD audio and video secure calls, instant messaging and group chats, pictures and file sharing, end to end encryption for Android and iPhone smartphone.
